  • Busy professionals, families, and any health seeker who wants personalized, holistic, root-cause care without office visits, insurance hassles, or long wait times — especially for diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone optimization, weight management, and longevity.

  • Yes — all visits are via secure video or phone. No in-person appointments ever.

  • Currently: California only (full practice authority as a 104 NP). Expansion to additional states via individual licensure is in progress (Arizona pending). You must be physically located in California (or a licensed state) at the time of your visit.

  • No — we are cash-pay only for faster, higher-quality care. Superbills are provided upon request for visits (you may submit them to your insurance for possible reimbursement). Labs and diagnostics are ordered through third parties — you can use your insurance there when applicable.

    • Annual Membership – $2,200 annually (paid upfront) for the primary member.

    • Monthly Membership – $275 per month (auto-renews) for the primary member

    • Family Pricing (25% discount) – Additional members (spouse or child under 27): $1,650/year or $206.25/month each.

    • For members, 30-minute phone or video calls: $100 per session

    • Lab-only (98+ biomarkers): $500 one-time (convert to membership within 30 days → full $500 credited)

  • Securely through Elation Health (our HIPAA-compliant EHR). Credit card, ACH, or Apple/Google Pay. Annual and monthly plans auto-renew.

  • Yes! All fees are qualified medical expenses under IRS guidelines. Many patients pay with their HSA debit card or submit receipts for reimbursement.

    • Monthly membership: 30 days written notice required. No partial-month refunds.

    • Annual membership: Non-refundable for first 90 days. After 90 days, pro-rated refund of unused months minus a $450 administrative/close-out fee.
