Same-Day Callbacks for Urgent Concerns

Available, but incur the $100 fee.

Brief callbacks resolved in under 5 minutes may be no charge at the provider's discretion.

If life-threatening, the provider advises immediate in-person care or 911.

Advanced labs, imaging, and specialty screenings are ordered through third-party lab and imaging centers and billed separately.

Patients may use insurance, where accepted, or pay cash directly to the lab and imaging centers.
